Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

6 years of experience in Online Sales (e.g., Search, Video, Media) or Business Development

Experience in Digital Advertising Sales or Media Management

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the Online Advertising Industry

Knowledge of Google’s product portfolio, with demonstrated brand market awareness

Established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace

Excellent business and facilitation skills

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills

Effective communication and presentation skills

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences


Develop and grow brand agencies in line with the annual plan and joint business plan key performance indicators ownership anchored on agency chief business objectives. Work alongside Global Agency teams and Google Sales teams to build and execute partnership plans with our agency partners

Drive Google Partnership to address agency business profitability through commercial agreements, product depth, and scaled capability

Develop, cultivate, and canvas Google’s relationships at the c-level of our brand agency partners driving the strategy, terms, and execution of annual agency partnership plans for Google

Own agency communications, structures and relationships, and the liaison between the agency ecosystem and Google for all brand activations

Assess the brand product capabilities of our agency partners to build and deliver high-impact training programs at scale
