Branch Manager Job at Traders Emporium Business Solutions Pty.Ltd – King William’s Town, Eastern Cape

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

– 2 yrs managerial experience and a relevant tertiary qualification.

-Advanced computer literacy

-Driver’s license a must

-Must be a hardworking, very handy flexible to work with customers

-Experience in staff management

-Drive for sales in all departments on day to day basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To make sure that the office is opened and closed every working day and make sure the branch is fully operational and productive.

To perform all managerial duties including supervision of the staff

To be able to perform administrative duties, general management, internal and external marketing.

Consolidate, analyse and understand financials of the branch and submit to the head office.

To make sure all services are fully rendered.

To make sure that the targets are achieved by all and make sure that training is provided.

Doing daily and weekly reports on daily progress to management

To manage the entire branch including staff (detailed breakdown of duties to be provided when job offered).

Salary: R12,000.00 – R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • King William’s Town, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
