We are currently looking for a strong Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Consultant to join our ERP team. This technical consultant provides technical support to projects, development, support and product teams on Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Good communication and collaboration skills are therefore a must, as well as great technical ability and a passion to convert client requirements into a very innovative solution. There will be exposure to a wide range of industries, so the ability to quickly understand new business environments is essential.

What Will You Do as a D365 Infrastructure Support Consultant?
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide sales support when needed:
Contribute to the development of statement of work and scope documents for the technical component of a prospect
Participate in a team completing a Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ) when the infrastructure requirements of a prospect
Perform on-site technical services for implementation projects, including but not limited to:
Create and develop technical design specifications as well as costing thereof for the infrastructure
Perform infrastructure related tasks like code deployment and maintenance of the environments
Produce training on the technical aspects as required
Participate in project quality assurance processes as appropriate
Perform ongoing support technical services to existing clients:
Via email/phone/remote support and on-site visits
Fulfill SLA requirements
Upgrades:
Assist in preparation of costing and timelines
Perform upgrade technical services in accordance with upgrade principles and approved methodologies
Perform admin functions:
Document services rendered using Decision Inc.’s time and expense billing system and other project management templates in a timeous fashion
Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours)
Participate in the development and continual refinement of the ERP technical and implementation standards, tools and documents
Participate in the development and continual refinement of code promotion processes and standards
Use internal systems and processes to record client interactions
Dynamics Product knowledge:
Attain product certifications as deemed necessary by Microsoft and/or Decision Inc.
Maintain technical product knowledge on upcoming product releases
As a D365 Infrastructure Support Consultant, Who Do You Need to Be?
Certification on MS SQL Server and MS Dynamics D365 for Operations (Deployment)
Minimum 5 years’ ERP technical experience and 3 years product experience
Experience in Dynamics installations and/or upgrades
Ability to translate theoretical and practical industry experience to creatively address client business/application requirements
Advance skills in MS SQL Server and Azure technology will be an advantage
MS Excel Intermediate Level is a requirement users
Basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools is a requirement
