REPORTING TO: Director of Retail and Marketing & Head of Retail
JOB SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Manager will manage, analyse and report on all online activities, being responsible for driving and increasing sales online, building long-term strategies to enhance customer experience and retention, create and execute promotional calendar
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strategic Planning – Commercial, Marketing
Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability, especially in platforms like Shopify, Magento and others
Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising and online retailing
Multi-jurisdictional site experience
Online Marketing – affiliate marketing, SEM and SEO concepts and strategies, campaign management, emails, social media, display advertising, Google and Facebook ads, etc
Excellent writing and verbal skills
IT proficient and technical understand of modern technology and social media, spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, etc
Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis
Leadership and communication skills
Adaptability and resilience
Team player
DESIRED SKILLS
Shopify Expertise
Some codding and graphic design experience
Project Management
EXPERIENCE
Experience with HNWI and Luxury markets is preferential
Experience with social media posting and planning platform tools, hoot suite etc
Experience and knowledge of marketing principles.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or another related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (shortened)

To ensure that our window to the world is always immaculately presented and in the style of the Company brand, across all locations
To visually merchandise the products and rotate them according to promotional focus, seasonal variance, and experimentation
To ensure that new products are uploaded appropriately, with captivating descriptions and stories, on model photographs and videos where applicable
To deliver enhancements and improvement to the sites at all times, to boost conversion and overall UX
To ensure that the home page is regularly groomed, improved and changed
To ensure that timeline, news, other new store locations and store contact details are updated
To review through reporting tools, like heat maps, the effectiveness of the above
To report monthly on key actions and observations
