Manager, Sales Operations Job at CIOX Health – 2.8 Remote

The Manager of Sales Operations is responsible for driving the daily processes of Sales Operations as well as associated projects to maximize field efficiency and revenue opportunities.

Own the end-to-end process of tracking the opportunities and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel and make suggestions to improve sales performance.

Help sales leaders make data-driven decisions by ensuring CRM is updated correctly and the right reports and dashboards are in place.

Improve field efficiency by evaluating and implementing processes and technology driven workflows.

Provide timely and reliable updates to management as necessary.

Assist Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales leadership as needed.

Partner with Marketing to ensure Sales Team can effectively leverage content.

Aid in end-user application support and conduct training sessions as needed.

Maintain shared drives to ensure Sales has the most up to date information.

Lead process improvement initiatives with other project stakeholders and keep project on track.

Communicate action items and follows up to make sure assignments are completed on time.

Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the sales organization.

Ensure that all customer needs and expectations are met and exceeded on a daily basis.

Provide back-up assistance to Salesforce Administrators and VP of Sales Operations when necessary.

Lead the onboarding program for new hires into the Sales Organization.

Bachelor’s Degree required.



Strong background in sales and support.

Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

Expert communication skills, both written and oral.

Microsoft Office suite proficiency, with exceptional Excel skills.

Salesforce.com proficiency in process, data integrity, report building, dashboard and a campaign creation.

Drives projects as directed within the department to achieve project objectives and deadlines.

Ability to develop trusted relationships with internal team members.

Proactive attitude to take on and run with any project discussed.

High level of initiative and drive.

Ability to problem solve and provide resolution in a time effective manner.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to work on a team and provide effective contributions to ensure overall success.
