Decision Inc. is currently looking for a Marketing Manager with marketing automation skills to join our team. There will be exposure to a wide range of industries and products, so the ability to quickly understand, communicate on and integrate new business environments is essential.

What Will You Do as a Marketing Manager?
Responsible for creating the Marketing strategy and go-to-market plan for all regions, across all channels including email, direct mail, paid digital, paid social, webinars and events
Partner with the Commercial team to create campaign themes and messaging docs
Develop and build all programs in MS CRM (D365) and use marketing attribution technology in order to track opportunities, pipeline, and marketing influence
Collaborate with Commercial team to ensure campaigns support the sales pipeline and revenue goals
Define, manage, and host targeted events to drive mid-funnel pipeline and sales acceleration
Partner with the channel and create go-to-market kits in order to extend our reach in to whitespace accounts
Build and maintain ongoing communications with the Commercial and Head of Sales team
Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of all programs on sales cycles on a regular basis–reporting out to the executive team, partners and divisional pillars
Responsible for creating the Marketing strategy and execution for allocated customers base.
Who Do You Need to Be as a Marketing Manager?
Relevant marketing degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
Relevant product and industry knowledge (advantageous)
Excellent communication skills
Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Hubspot and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Ability to respond well to pressure
