The Roles

We are on the hunt for talented individuals, with solid retail management experience at all levels. Positions at various locations in the Sydney area include the following roles:

Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager

Manager In Training

Working a full time, fortnightly roster that includes alternating weekends, you will have one weekday off each week. As a previous retail manager with strong operational experience or a sales gun with supervisory experience, you will lead by example, providing outstanding levels of service whilst delivering on the store’s goals by achieving and exceeding sales targets and generating new business.

About You

With previous retail management / supervisory experience, electrical or homemaker product experience would also be an advantage. Your excellent leadership skills will give you the ability to manage, coach, develop, train and inspire others. A proven ability to generate sales and drive your team to achieve sales targets and/or budgets will also be key to your success, along with outstanding levels of customer service. It goes without saying that you will therefore have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive and enthusiastic approach to your job.
