Sales Advisor

Persimmon Homes South East are looking for an experienced motivated individual to join the sales team at our development at Harlands Park, Uckfield. The position involves sales work within the new homes sector and duties include: greeting customers and arranging show home tours with a view to closing sales, assist customers is choosing upgrades to the properties, progressing sales through from reservation to completion and general administrative duties. The working hours are Saturday-Wednesday 10am-5pm.

Qualifications/Experience

Experience within the New Homes Industry/estate agency is a must. You will need a full clean driving licence and your own transport will be required.

Skills

The successful candidate will be well organised and self motivated, along with possessing outstanding communication skills. Customer service skills are imperative to build rapports with customers, but also to about handle issues in a confident, upbeat and professional manner.
