An exciting opportunity has come up in B&K & we are looking for a Sales and Events Manager to drive and build sales into our amazing- Brewhouse & Kitchen Nottingham. You will manage the functions, sales and events within the business, and deliver exceptional, profitable events for our Brewpubs. This is a hands on role based in the brewpub.

To qualify for this role & be part of Team B&K, our People must have passion, knowledge & a drive to support our Brewpubs. The role will require:

A proactive approach to sourcing new business and grow existing accounts

Attend networking events as a B&K Ambassador

Create successful sales plans/events for our Brewpubs

Coach our teams in delivering exceptional events

Motivate, mentor and lead the team to their best abilities

Outstanding communication skills

Flexibility to manage and assist on the running of the events

Experience in management of online booking systems
