Who We Are Looking ForExperienced client service lead for a high visibility client-facing role managing complex business queries and supporting a variety of client business management responsibilities. The role requires proficiency within asset management operations to function as a subject matter expert with extensive interaction across all internal support functions to enhance the State Street client experience.

What You Will Be Responsible ForAs Client Services AVP you will

Manage our middle office assigned client relationships and sentiment via extensive daily interaction with client counterparts in maintaining service levels and addressing a wide range of business issues

Champion resolution of inquiries to State Street teams and follow through to ensure that client facing problems and issues are addressed.

Influence opportunities to increase quality, productivity and control related to the service delivery model in IMS (Investment Management Services. Spearhead revised policies, procedures and processes.

Participate in the change management administration and communication with clients.

Manage impact of change on the client support model by providing ongoing direction in the development, implementation and integration of new client requests.

Influence others in preparing various governance reports for our clients and for senior management.

Collaborate with STT’s middle and back office operations and provide input on plans to enhance operations including market initiatives and changes.

Participate in internal recurring sessions to review operational delivery of our key services and understand risks impacting our services.

Demonstrate proficiency as a MyStateStreet.com experience owner and expand expertise with Enterprise 2.0 and other platforms
