We are seeking a proven,Sales Development Representative (SDR)to help grow our customer base across multiple business sectors including Commercial Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services. Candidates should have relevant exposure to capital markets, CRE market transaction and data solutions. Knowledge of CRE lending, investment sales and leasing practices is a plus. Our SDR position is an excellent opportunity for a junior level professional and enthusiastic self-starter looking to join a growing sales team with room for personal and professional growth. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales and activity goals in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. You will be responsible for selling multiple Trepp products to a variety of financial services and banking institutions. You must be able to achieve sales targets exceeding minimum revenue thresholds, forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers. A Day in the Life of an SDR on the Trepp Team:

Cold calling and emailing prospective Trepp clients to effectively communicate Trepp’s value proposition.

Engage in business planning to manage and increase revenue opportunities within your market.

Help create leads and meetings for senior sales team and track all activity within our CRM.

Meet or exceed sales and activity goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Participate in ongoing product and sales training.

This position might be for you if:

You have 1-2 + years of B2B solutions selling; Banking/Financial Services experience a plus.

You possess a successful history of high sales activity and lead generation.

You have a passion for selling and eagerness to help produce a high-volume and high quality leads

You have experience articulating a value proposition to a prospect.

You have a BS degree or related.

You possess strong communication skills, verbal and written included.

You are seeking an entrepreneurial business where you can make a big impact.

You have experience using sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Outreach.
