Sales Development Representative

Description

Your Role:
The Sales Development Representative supports remote sales teams and is responsible for generating new business via inbound and outbound phone opportunity qualification.

Your Opportunity:
Follow-up on inbound sales inquiries to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline

Perform outbound calling to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline

Make 30+ calls per day to inbound and outbound sales prospects

Run proper Lead qualification and handover the projects to the Territory Managers

Prospecting and research on target accounts for outbound call campaigns

Working together with the marketing field managers on the marketing campaigns

Working together with the territory managers on target accounts in order to build pipeline

Manage and update the databases as it relates to their respective regions

Performs other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English

Must be detail oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision

And Ideally:
2+ years of experience in sales or similar client support role

Bachelor’s degree

Additional Portuguese and/or Italian proficiency highly welcome

Computer proficiency – experience using Salesforce.com or other Customer

Relationship Management (CRM) tools
