We are looking for aSales Enablement Specialistto join our tech client’s Sales Excellence team. You will manage the implementation and adoption of new processes, systems and tools, programs, and initiatives designed to enhance sales productivity and increase revenue growth.

Would you like to…

Improve processes, systems, tools, organizational issues, financial, and communication processes that affect effective operations within the entire organization

Drive the vision for successful change management, business strategy, and sales optimization

Partner closely with the Sales Excellence Leads to execute the FY22 Support Sales Excellence Plan & Strategy

Build trust and foster working relationships with the cross-functional teams

Orchestrate Pipeline Hygiene and for ensure the team is diligently and consistently improving their adoption and coverage

Drive consistent and constant improvement in Forecasting of the business

Serve as the point person for Sales Operational programs, such as landing and adoption, problem solving, and area execution

Bring your own analytical understanding to a discussion, and be an active participant in helping land the overall FY22 Sales Excellence strategy and plan

Provide tools’ trainings when required and help problem solve any issues that are raised from the field.

We would like you to have…

Minimum 5 years’ experience working with sales cycles, projects, metrics, and data

University degree in Economics / Statistics or other related is preferred

Experience working with statistical models

Experience with the tools and resources used by Sales and Finance (e.g., financial metrics and statements, industry and analyst reports, specialized sales reporting and management tools, dashboards, etc.

Knowledge in business processes and reporting, analytical methodologies, and statistical analysis

Knowledge of sales processes such as Relationship Management, Opportunity Management, and Business Management as well as market analysis and market dynamics, business finance, sales operations, and sales management

Familiarity with Microsoft platform technologies

The ability to think strategically, a passion for systems and processes that are effective and run efficiently
