Sales Ordering Processing Manager

Role and Responsibilities

You will set and drive process improvement and manage change within your teams, create KPI, SLA and analytical reporting to monitor, manage and control the order processing process.

Lead the team from the front and influence the sales teams to ensure a smooth end of month process

Be a subject matter expert in the Sales Order Processing and use this to empower, develop and grow your team.

Identify and implement process changes that add value to both the sales processing team and wider finance teams.

Knowledge and experience

Relevant experience of demonstrated success in a Sales Order Processing, and/or Transactional processing.

Team management experience

Experience of performance management and objective setting

Ability to react and adapt to potential rapid shifts in priorities , deadlines and business policies

Knowledge of salesforce , Netsuite (desirable)
