The job involves:RECRUITMENT:
Proactively source new candidates using a variety of different methods.

Manage applications, ensuring that they comply with legislative guidelines.

Identify and maximise work opportunities for applicants.

Create, develop, and maintain relationships with a variety of clients.

A secure new business using various Business Development techniques.

Develop strong relationships with all clients.

Provide unrivaled levels of customer service.

Communicate with customers regularly – creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in the on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
